If there is an agreement that a third party will pay or fulfill a debt taken by a person or an accepted obligation, if it is not paid or fulfilled, it shall be considered as a contract related to suretyship.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if the person who has to pay the debt does not pay or does not fulfill the obligations that should be fulfilled due to the guarantee given by the third party, the person who has given such debt or obligation must fulfill the conditions of the contract.
(3) The conditions of bail shall be as stipulated in the contract.
(4) The contract related to bail must be in writing.
